Regency Court - Leasing

The remodeled Regency Court Shopping Center offers a unique blend of shopping and dining in the heart of Omaha, Nebraska. The renovation to the interior and exterior of the current 171,000 square foot enclosed shopping center created a completely fresh and exciting atmosphere. Using a craftsmen theme, the new style created a lodge-like feeling featuring warm tones, plush leather furniture positioned throughout the center and building materials consisting of stone, stucco and brick.

The lighting fixtures and ceiling were also redesigned to create an intimate, soft surrounding. The finished look and new tenants position the remodeled Regency Court to an upscale adult target audience.
